Fire tea

So this recipe I personally enjoy cold but you could certainly have whilst hot.

Definitely a beverage that’ll warm you up from the inside out on those cold days.

I like the flavours strong and sweet so I do not add much water.

Ingredients:

3cups boiled water

Thumb of ginger (about 3cm)

1 1/2 thumbs fresh turmeric (it’s small)

1 tbsp sweetener (optional) (I’ve used maple syrup)
Method:

Grate the ginger and turmeric then add the boiled water and sweetener. Leave for about 30 minutes and strain.
Enjoy!👍

N.B Be careful with the turmeric as it WILL stain.
