Coconut and Beet Oats

This breakfast can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Its creamy, colourful and sweet enough so adding sweeteners is not necessary at all. Let me know what you think.

Ingredients:

1 400ml tinned Coconut milk

1 1/4 cup steel cut oats (add more if you’d like)

1/4 cup pearly wheat (add more if desired)

pinch salt

1 grated raw beet

1/4 cup pomegranate pips

Method: 

Bring coconut milk to a boil then add salt, oats and pearly wheat until creamy, stirring continuously.

Turn off the heat and enjoy with the grated beet and pomegranate.
